Head Fitness Trainer: Management of 8 certified fitness trainers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities included, keeping trainers up to date with current certification requirements and safety procedures. I maintained the strict adherence of center’s quality control measures. Implementation of the center’s operating protocols.
Creative Development: Out of the box, thinker, who developed innovative classes, workout routines and exciting events for clients.
Marketing Development: Awarded a local weekly column in the Penny Saver, reaching out to 1 million Long Island residents. Created strategic marketing plan and successfully rolled it out in an efficient and timely manner. Ongoing branding and target marketing to our niche clientele of middle aged, upper-middle class men and women.
Media Exposure: Created local cable television commercial and made frequent local appearances on Long Island’s channel 12 news station.
